Over the past two decades, significant gains have been made in human microbiome research, driven by advancements in next-generation sequencing technologies. The discoveries transformed our understanding of the human microbiome’s composition, function, and complex dynamics. However, as the field of microbiome science evolves, there is an increasing need to improve the robustness and reproducibility of microbiome research. In this workshop, you will learn from experienced researchers as they outline the best practices in designing and conducting microbiome analyses.

A light lunch will be served from 12:30pm.
