Cluster and transmission analysis utilising pairwise SNP distance are increasingly used in genomic epidemiological studies. However, current methods often lack interactive functionalities to rapidly explore and relate the resulted cluster or transmission network with other data. GraphSNP is an interactive visualisation tool running in a web browser that allows users to rapidly create a network of pairwise SNP distance, perform cluster and transmission analysis, visualise, and explore an interactive network. The functionality of graphSNP will be demonstrated using examples from recent multi-drug resistant bacterial outbreaks in healthcare settings. GraphSNP is freely available for use at https://graphsnp.beatsonlab.com/. The demonstration datasets, input templates, and quick start guide are also provided within the web application.
